CHARLOTTE, N.C. – C5 Insight’s Managing Partner Curtis Hughes will address an upcoming Carolina Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc. (RIMS) chapter meeting to discuss how organizations can achieve cultural change for lasting results.
Hughes, an entrepreneur, speaker, and author, has two decades of experience consulting with businesses and government agencies across North America, Europe, and Asia in the areas of collaboration, employee engagement, leadership, and productivity. He has served in a leadership role for the Information Technology Advisory Council (ITAC), sits on the Advisory Board for the UNC Charlotte College of Computing and Informatics, and has been named as one of Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 under 40” in recent years.
“Collaboration as we know it has changed dramatically over the years. It wasn't that long ago that we had to make a concerted effort to connect with one another; now that same effort is required to disconnect,” said Hughes. “It’s time for business leaders to take an in-depth look into what their organizations can do to encourage new connections, become more productive, increase employee engagement, and build a culture of collaboration.”
Hughes and fellow C5 Insight Managing Partner Geoff Ables are both available for speaking engagements and Executive Briefings on the following topics:
