I sat down at my computer all ready to tell you all about C5 Insight in 2014 and beyond. Suddenly, I was struck with nostalgia, unable to move forward without properly reflecting back on a remarkable 2013. We welcomed SharePoint Solutions Architects Corey and Kyle, Jim as a Business Consultant, CRM Technical Architect Zhen and Solutions Architect Candice, our Project Manager Tricia and yours truly as the Marketing Director to team already brimming and burgeoning with talent and expertise. We gained certifications in Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation and Deployment, and as a Certified Microsoft Trainer to name just a few.

We attended TechMedia's Internet Summit, Salesforce.com's DreamForce, and the CRMUG Summit amongst many other local and regional events.  We even received a SharePoint RFP accompanied by an Elf from Santa himself, and we spent the month of December helping improve the level of internal collaboration and quality of external communication at the North Pole. (Need picture proof? Here you go!)

We were selected by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the Fast 50, the 50 fastest growing private companies in the region, as well as one of the Best Places to WorkInc. magazine named C5 Insight to its 2013 Inc. 5000 list, which ranks the country's fastest-growing private companies.

What does this all mean for our partners, friends, blog fans, followers and clients? We're hitting the ground running at a full-tilt boogie this year. Bolstered with knowledge and the hands-on, end-user friendly capabilities your company craves. We'll prove that technology isn't just necessary and challenging - it's an exciting, engaging tool that can be used to manipulate woes into wins, channel chaos into streamlined communication, and turn prospects into paying customers.

So. Back to looking forward. Here are just a few upcoming opportunities from C5 Insight to help you dive even deeper into better customer relationship management and enterprise collaboration this year.
